New Issue-Prudential Financial sells $800 mln in debt
June 24 (Reuters) - Prudential Financial Inc (PRU.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) on Tuesday sold $800 million in 60-year junior subordinated debt, according to International Financing Review, a Thomson Reuters publication.
The size of the deal was increased from the originally planned $250 million.
Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, Wachovia, and J.P. Morgan were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale. BORROWER: PRUDENTIAL FINANCIAL INC.
