Arena Pharmaceuticals raises $109 mln
NEW YORK, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc (ARNA.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Thursday that it raised about $109 million with a public stock offering.
The 11 million share offering priced at $9.91 per share, the company said.
The biopharmaceutical company said its underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1.65 million shares to cover over-allotments. (Reporting by Emily Chasan)
