Intrepid Potash says IPO underwriters to buy shares
NEW YORK, April 23 (Reuters) - Intrepid Potash Inc. (IPI.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) on Wednesday said its underwriters exercised their right to buy an additional 4.5 million shares at $32 per share after its initial public offering on April 21.
Intrepid Potash Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley were the joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
