Photowatt Technologies says not to pursue its planned IPO
Aug 21 (Reuters) - Canadian solar cell and module manufacturer Photowatt Technologies Inc said in a regulatory filing that it will not pursue its initial public offering due to unfavorable market conditions.
The company had earlier expected its planned IPO of 10.9 million shares to be at an estimated price of $15 to $17 each. (Reporting by Supantha Mukherjee in Bangalore)
