TOYAKO, Japan (Reuters) - Group of Eight leaders agreed on Tuesday there was a need for stability in oil and food prices, which have soared in recent months, as well as in financial markets, a Japanese government official said.
Most G8 leaders were positive about the outlook for the global economy, despite the uncertainties, the official told reporters.
