LAHORE, Pakistan (Reuters) - Two bombs exploded in the Pakistani city of Lahore on Tuesday killing at least one person, police and a witness said.
"A body is lying there with its lower part blown off," said one witness, Tariq Saeed, at the scene of one of the blasts outside a city-centre government office.
