TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) - Ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya will be arrested if he returns to the country this week as planned, the foreign minister of an interim government set up after an army coup said on Tuesday.

Enrique Ortez told CNN's Spanish-language channel that Zelaya, who plans to return to Honduras on Thursday, had charges pending against him for violating the constitution and other crimes.
