Wall St futures higher, durable goods data eyed

* At 0817 GMT, futures for the S&P SPc1 and the Dow Jones industrial average DJc1 were both up 0.1 percent and for the Nasdaq NDc1 up 0.4 percent.

* Companies reporting include Black & Decker Corp (BDK.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), T Rowe Price (TROW.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), Legg Mason Inc (LM.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), ITT Corp (ITT.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), and Coventry Health Care Inc (CVH.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz).

* Key macro data is durable goods orders (June) at 1230 GMT, Reuters/University of Michigan sentiment (July, final) at 1355 GMT, and new home sales (June) at 1400 GMT.

* After the close, shares of Columbia Sportswear (COLM.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) dropped 10 percent after the outerwear maker reported a quarterly net loss of $1.8 million.

Crocs Inc (CROX.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) shares tumbled 54.5 percent after the shoemaker cut its profit and revenue forecasts for the second quarter and full year, citing a challenging U.S. market for its colourful shoes.

Flextronics International Ltd (FLEX.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) rose 2.3 percent after the contract electronics manufacturer posted a higher quarterly profit, paced by higher sales of consumer electronics devices.

* Western Digital (WDC.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) will be in focus after the hard disk drive maker gave a forecast for its current quarter that was less than analysts were expecting.  Continued...
