FACTBOX: Democrats split in support for Clinton, Obama

(Reuters) - Support for presidential rivals Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton is just about split among their fellow Democrats in the U.S. Congress. Here is a breakdown.

* In the Senate, 14 Democrats have endorsed Obama, while 13 have endorsed Clinton.

* In the House of Representatives, 83 have endorsed Obama and 85 have endorsed Clinton.

* Eighty-six members have yet to declare and are under mounting pressure to do so.

* Overall, Obama leads in delegates awarded from primaries and caucuses, 1,492 to 1,338, according to MSNBC.

* Clinton leads among the nearly 800 Democratic superdelegates, who include members of Congress and other party insiders, 274 to 253, according MSNBC.

* Total number of delegates/superdelegates: Obama, 1,745, Clinton, 1,612, according to MSNBC. Number needed to win nomination: 2,025.
