FACTBOX: Security developments in Iraq
(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 10 a.m. EDT on Friday.

HAMRIN - A suicide bomber blew himself up at a funeral near the town of Hamrin in Diyala province north of Baghdad. The attack killed nine people and wounded 30 others, said Major-General Abdul-Karim al-Rubaie, commander of operations in the province.
* NORTHERN IRAQ - The U.S. military said it killed at least six suspects and captured at least 20 in a series of raids across northern Iraq.
* BASRA - Gunmen fired rocket-propelled grenades at a convoy carrying senior Iraqi commanders in Basra, a Reuters correspondent in the convoy said. Nobody was hurt.
MUSSAYAB - A roadside bomb killed three policemen and wounded two others when it struck their patrol in Mussayab, 60 km (40 miles) south of Baghdad, police said.
MOSUL - A roadside bomb blast struck a police patrol, killing one policeman and wounding another on Thursday in western Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
BAGHDAD - Police said they found two bodies on Thursday in Baghdad.
JURF AL-SAKHAR - One man was killed by a bomb blast on Thursday in Jurf al-Sakhar, 85 km (50 miles) south of Baghdad, police said. Continued...
