WIESBADEN, Germany (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Germany on Sunday for talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, television pictures showed.
His arrival followed an Interfax news agency report which said Russian special services had been warned of a plot to assassinate Putin when he visits Iran on Tuesday.
