Hurricane Ike makes second Cuba landfall

HAVANA (Reuters) - Hurricane Ike made its second landfall in Cuba, hitting Punta la Capitana in western Pinar del Rio province on Tuesday, the Cuban weather service said.

Ike first hit the Caribbean island on Sunday near Punta Lucrecia in the state of Holguin about 510 miles southeast of Havana.
