TOKYO (Reuters) - Pyongyang would receive a million tons of fuel oil aid for disabling its nuclear facilities under a draft of an agreement being worked on at six-party talks on ending North Korea's nuclear arms program, Kyodo news agency said on Tuesday.

Citing a source at the negotiations, Kyodo also said the draft deal offered 50,000 tons of fuel oil for closing the nuclear facilities and allowing inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
