FACTBOX: Security developments in Pakistan, July 10

(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Pakistan at 1000 GMT on Friday.

BAJAUR - Taliban militants attacked a security checkpoint in the Bajaur ethnic Pashtun tribal region on the Afghan border on Friday, killing four policemen, government officials said.

SWAT - Security forces killed at least three militants and destroyed several suspected militant hideouts during search and clearance operations in the Swat valley over the past 24 hours, the military said in a statement.

KOHAT - Two children were killed and two wounded when an unexploded mortar bomb they were playing with went off in the northwestern tribal region of Darra Adam Khel, a relative said.
