Brazil's Pao de Acucar says may review Bahia deal

SAO PAULO, April 13 (Reuters) - Brazil's largest retail group Pao de Acucar PCAR5.SA(CBD.N) said in a securities filing on Tuesday that an agreement to take over smaller rival Casas Bahia is "perfectly valid," but it is holding talks for a possible revision of the deal.
