"Eight Days" on CW's calendar

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - The CW has picked up the comedy pilot “Eight Days a Week” to series with a 12-episode midseason order.

The comedy, whose ensemble cast includes Christina Milian and Mario Lopez, revolves around four twentysomethings who work under the top movers and shakers in New York.

“Eight Days” joins another new CW comedy, “Aliens in America,” which the network picked up last month for a fall launch.
