"Hazzard" director eyes body-switching comedy

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Director Jay Chandrasekhar ("The Dukes of Hazzard") has fallen for "Opposites Attract," a body-switching comedy about a young couple who must "walk a mile in each other's shoes" to make their relationship work.

Chandrasekhar, and the film's producer Bold Films, are aiming to do an R-rated take on the body-switching genre while looking at the differences between the sexes.

Chandrasekhar is best known for directing films involving his Broken Lizard comedy troupe, including "Super Troopers" and "Beerfest." His other credits include episodes of such shows as "Chuck" and "Arrested Development."
