FACTBOX: Wall Street leads campaign giving by business
(Reuters) - The Center for Responsive Politics, a nonprofit campaign finance analysis group, on Sunday issued the following data on 2007 donations by selected business sectors to leading Democratic and Republican presidential candidates.
The data, based on Federal Election Commission reports released on Friday, are preliminary and subject to updating. They reflect political action committee contributions and donations from individuals giving more than $200.
Contributions given to the front-runners in both political parties are highlighted below:
