Obama victory has changed views of U.S.: UK's Brown

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Barack Obama's presidential election triumph has altered the way the world thinks about the United States, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said on Friday.

"It's certainly changed people's views of America," Brown told the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. "People see Barack Obama reaching out to the rest of the world and that's incredibly important."
