KANSAS CITY, Missouri (Reuters) - Presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain will return to Washington on Wednesday to take part in the Senate's vote on a $700 billion financial rescue package, aides to both senators said.

McCain, a Republican senator from Arizona, and Obama, a Democratic senator from Illinois, have both urged lawmakers to revive talks on the bill to shore up financial institutions after the House of Representatives rejected it on Monday.
