WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Several Republican lawmakers in the House of Representatives said on Thursday they would either change or were leaning toward changing their "no" votes on the $700 billion Wall Street bailout package.

Republican Florida Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen said she would switch her vote to support the bailout, a version of which passed the Senate on Wednesday. She cited an increase in the federal insurance limit for depositors and additional tax credits, among other changes made, as reasons for her switch.

A spokeswoman for Arizona Republican John Shaddegg, who also voted no when a version of the plan failed in the House on Monday, said he was "leaning strong to yes."

Representative Zach Wamp of Tennessee told Fox News Channel: "I'm gonna vote for version two."

The House version of the bailout package failed with 228 no votes. Of those, 133 were from Republicans and 95 from Democrats.
