TORONTO, May 25 (Reuters) - Potash Corp of Saskatchewan (POT.TO) said on Tuesday that James Dietz, the company's chief operating officer, will retire at the end of June after more than four decades in the fertilizer and chemical industries.
Dietz will be replaced by David Delaney, who is currently head of sales at Potash Corp, the world's largest fertilizer maker.
The Saskatoon, Saskatchewan-based company said that Stephen Dowdle, who is currently senior vice president of fertilizer sales will be promoted to Delaney's position as head of sales.
Shares of Potash Corp were down C$2.90 at C$100.79 in afternoon trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
