Navatar Group Launches Financial Services Solutions for Mutual Funds, Hedge
Funds and Mergers & Acquisitions Built and Run Entirely On Salesforce.com's
Force.com Platform

NEW YORK, June 10, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Navatar Group, a global

On-Demand solutions to manage operations for Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds and
Mergers & Acquisitions built entirely on salesforce.com's Force.com
Platform-as-a-Service.

The Navatar Mutual Funds solution enables mutual fund companies to manage
complex deals with broker/dealers across multiple channels. Designed to
integrate with industry standard data feeds, this solution can aggregate
information across broker/dealer offices and branches. The solution is designed
to do the following:

    * Manage deals with broker / dealer, banks and financial advisors
    * Manage wholesale and retail channels
    * Aggregate fund data from multiple offices to the broker/dealer
    * Track broker rep performance based on transactions
    * Integrate with standard industry data feeds
The Navatar Hedge Funds / Asset Management solution helps efficiently manage and
track investor subscriptions and redemptions, fund offerings and returns,
security holdings and trades. It also has built-in risk assessment functionality
to manage the entire portfolio for funds. The solution is designed to do the
following:

    * Conduct risk assessment and exposure for the fund
    * Track underlying fund holdings and transactions
    * Track investments in all securities
    * Manage fund operations and track investors
    * Track fund returns and performance
The Navatar Mergers & Acquisitions solution enables an organization to manage
and track all the activities related to evaluation of companies to acquire or
divest. It has built-in processes to manage the due diligence steps, allow for
multiple reviews, and track all parties involved in the process with the ability
to monitor the progress of all the deals. The solution is designed to do the
following:

    * Define criteria for target acquisitions / potential divestitures
    * Track due diligence for each company being evaluated
    * Track external advisors involved in the deal
    * Provide users ability to perform multiple reviews
    * Monitor evaluation / deal progress
