  BALI, INDONESIA, Nov 26 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 WorldAutoSteel, programme of the International Iron and Steel Institute,
will conduct the following
briefing:


What:  Announcement of a Global Steel Initiative for
       Reducing Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emissions

When:  Tuesday, December 11, 2007, 1:00 p.m.

Where: Sidebar meeting at the UNFCCC COP-13, Bali
       Briefing will take place at the Grand Hyatt Bali,
       Tabanan Room (1st floor)

Why:   As the consensus builds for comprehensive reductions in
       greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) across international boundaries
       and industries, global steel companies are reinventing the
       deployment of steel to reduce GHG emissions, while still providing
       safe and affordable personal transportation for an increasing mobile
       global society. To that end, the International Iron and Steel
       Institute's automotive group, WorldAutoSteel, will announce a major
       new automotive-focused initiative at the United Nations Framework
       Convention on Climate Change COP-13 conference in Bali.
