Mr. Moises Rosales Joins Dana Resources as Chairman

LAS VEGAS, NV, Jul 13 (MARKET WIRE) --
(OTCBB: DANR) -- Dana Resources, a US-based precious and base metals
company with advanced-stage mining projects in Peru, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Elmer Moises Rosales as a Director and as
Chairman of the Board effective immediately.

Mr. Rosales is a Peruvian mining entrepreneur with over 30 years of
experience. He presently serves as the President and General Manager of
numerous private Peruvian mining companies including MRC1 Exploraciones
EIRL and SMRL Norteamerica XXI, SMRL Virgen De Las Nieves IV, and SMRL
Angelo XXI.

Mr. Rosales has completed successful negotiations with major Peruvian and
international companies, including Newmont Peru S.R.L. (Parinacochas
Project), Cia. Minera Poderosa SA (regarding the Pataz Batholith), Minera
Barrick Misquichilca SA (Alto Chicama Project), Compania Minera Azure del
Peru SA (Azulcocha Project) and Compania Minera Bencasi (Santa Project)
among others.

Mr. Rosales owns more than 295,000 acres of mining rights in Peru, in
which there are metallic, non-metallic and uranium mining concessions.
Among the metallic projects, there are porphyry Au-Cu deposits, highly
sulphidated gold-bearing deposits and stratiform polymetallic deposits.
Mr. Rosales also controls a company that produces non-metallic products,
as well as a private gold mining operation. He is a specialist in setting
up agitation and heap leaching plants and has an industrial scale pilot
plant for this purpose.
