(OTC Bulletin Board: IBNW) and its wholly owned subsidiary iBeam Solutions, a

announced today that it has been retained by White Oak Partners, a private
investment management firm. The contract, which exceeds six figures, includes
moving their operations to their new offices in New Albany, Ohio as well as
the complete design and installation of a new, state-of-the-art network, and
managed services to maintain their systems moving forward.

iBeam Solutions has been hired by White Oak Partners to install cabling, Cisco
network infrastructure and firewalls, Cisco UCC phone system, and conference
room setup. iBeam will also develop a hosted network system including e-mail,
collaboration and Citrix remote access, which will give them virtual office
capabilities from anywhere. It will all be hosted and maintained by iBeam
Solutions and connected via redundant high-speed network connections to their
offices.
