DivX and Next New Networks Partner to Distribute Independent Video Content on the DivX Connected(TM) Platform

    Video Channels from Next New Networks Will Be Available in the
            Living Room Through DivX Connected(TM) Devices
LAS VEGAS--(Business Wire)--DivX, Inc. (NASDAQ:DIVX) and Next New Networks, the new media
company creating branded micro-networks on the Internet, today
announced a partnership to allow consumers to access Next New Network
shows through the DivX Connected(TM) platform.

   Next New Networks is one of the most widely distributed video
content providers on the Internet with a large number of branded
networks, including IndyMogul, Channel Frederator, and Veracifier.
DivX Connected is a powerful, easy-to-use open platform that brings a
high-quality digital media experience to the living room, allowing
consumers to access media content and services from the PC and
Internet through a range of consumer electronics products. The first
DivX Connected device available to consumers from D-Link is presently
for sale online in the UK, France, and Germany and will be released in
the US later this year.
