guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 3 July 2009 was 198.41p (ex
income) 201.20p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,048,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 3 July 2009 was 197.99p (ex income) 200.67p (cum income).
