Pepperjam and M3 Mobile Join Forces to Integrate Internet and Mobile Marketing

announced today the creation of a new joint venture that will give advertisers
a one-stop-shop for internet and mobile marketing. The venture will be named

The venture will incorporate the services of both parent organizations, as
well as develop new, integrated services. The Joint Venture is currently
working on a proprietary technology which will combine the two sets of
marketing tools into a single platform, helping advertisers simplify and

Pepperjam has made the initial investment toward the venture and M3 Mobile
