OpTier Recognized as a Hot Vendor in Business Service Management by a Leading
Independent Research Firm
Report notes that the Business Transaction Management vendor is 'building on
the company's success in an increasing number of markets'

NEW YORK, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- OpTier(R), the leader in Business

been recognized by independent research firm Forrester Research, Inc. as a hot
vendor in Business Service Management in the firm's overview of BSM solutions
report entitled "Who's Hot in Business Service Management" published on June
11, 2009. This report is an update to the Forrester Wave(TM) on BSM originally
published in March 2007, and OpTier is one of only seven technology vendors
from that original report evaluated in the update.
 
The report cites that OpTier is the one vendor that is focused on a
transaction management solution for BSM. The report goes on to note that,
