The Notes are admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Irish Stock
Exchange Limited.

Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January
2003 on insider dealing and market manipulation together with Implementing
Directive 2003/12/EC as implemented by the relevant member state requires
disclosure of inside information relating to the Issuer.

In accordance with the Servicing Agreement dated 27 June 2006 entered into
between Titan Europe 2006-3 p.l.c. and Hatfield Philips International and
various other parties (the "Servicing Agreement"), we hereby notify you that The
EBBC A Loan with a principal balance of € 20,004,750 repaid in full on 8 April
2008.
