Reichhold announces a 100 EUR/MT price increase effective as of August 1st, 2009
on all its Products sold in Europe.

In recent weeks, further significant escalation of prices of all key feedstock
and raw materials utilized to manufacture polyester resins and related products
has made this price adjustment necessary.

We appreciate our customers` understanding of these difficult market conditions
as we make every effort to mitigate the impact of rising costs on our product
pricing.

At the same time we continue to make investments required to supply high
