KACE Names Gary Acord Chief Financial Officer

appointment of Gary Acord as the company`s chief financial officer. As CFO,
Acord will lead KACE`s financial operation and will be responsible for
accounting and reporting worldwide.

Acord brings more than two decades of financial expertise having served as the
CFO for a number of publicly traded and privately held technology companies,
including Slacker, Inc., Lumension, MusicMatch, SalesLogix and Aritsoft. Prior
to his career in technology, Acord was a partner in the Assurance Services
practice of KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from James Madison University and a Master of Science degree in
accounting from the University of Arizona.
