Triantos Charged with Building the TokBox Executive Team and Setting the
Company's Strategic and Operational Goals

a video call for free, today announced the appointment of Nick Triantos to
Chief Executive Officer and board member. In his role as CEO, Triantos is
responsible for expanding the company's executive team and setting the
company's strategic and operational goals as TokBox's user base continues to
soar.

Nick joined TokBox as Vice President of Engineering in Fall of 2007.
Prior to joining TokBox, Nick was a Partner at Quantum Technology Partners, a
technology-focused venture capital firm. Before that, Nick spent 8 years in
software engineering and engineering management roles at NVIDIA, where he
helped grow the company from fewer than 50 people to more than 3,500. Nick
also previously worked as a software engineer at Navio Communications, The 3DO
Company, and Apple Computer. He has been actively involved in startups since
the mid-90s as an engineer, and as an investor since 2004. Triantos holds MBA
degrees from Columbia University and the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business,
and a B.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at
Buffalo.
