Sol, Inc. Announces New Solar Lighting Solution Professionals
PALM CITY, Fla., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Sol, Inc., the world leader in solar
powered LED outdoor lighting announced today the latest companies to join
Sol's dealer network known as "Solar Lighting Solutions Professional" or SLSP.
Sol continues its commitment to training installers in order to expand the
solar lighting market. Recent innovations have allowed soar lighting to
achieve grid parity with electrical connected lights and Sol is pleased to
train and prepare industry professionals to grow their business.
An SLSP is a factory trained individual who has undergone Sol's extensive
solar lighting training program to meet the needs of customers. The training
provides an understanding the fundamentals of solar power, solar light system
design, Sol's competitive advantages as well as learning how to sell and
market one of the fastest and most profitable segments in the
green/sustainable marketplace - solar powered outdoor lighting.
Sol recently held SLSP training sessions in Stuart, Florida, one in December,
January, March, May and June to meet the demands of their growing dealer
network. The next session is scheduled for August, 2009.
"One of Sol's strong focus areas is to build stronger relationships with our
key vendors to help us sell and support our products," said Audwin Cash, Vice
President of Marketing and Engineering of Sol. "They understand that selling
solar powered lighting systems is a smart and strategic move in today's
marketplace. We are excited to have such a growing interest and confidence in
our products and know that they will support the growing demand for solar
powered lighting solutions globally."
"Our SLSPs are paying attention to the economic environment like everyone
else," said Rick Schuett, President and CEO of Sol. "Sol is the best choice
for providing renewable and reliable efficient solar LED lighting solutions.
Our customers around the world will be better serviced through our SLSP
