Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation Announces Pre-Construction Leases for its Shoppes by WalMart Development

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Ulysses Diversified Holding Corporation (Pinksheets:UDHC) today announced that
it is proceeding with pre-construction leasing for Shoppes by WalMart.

To date Shoppes at WalMart has signed leases with Planet Fitness and GameStop. A
letter of intent, setting forth terms of a lease, has been signed by Dollar
Tree. Additional tenants have expressed interest and execution of leases is
anticipated within the near future.

The company expects to fully lease all available space prior to the start of
construction. Development is anticipated to commence within this quarter or the
first quarter of 2010.

Financing of construction will be provided by one of several lending
institutions, with the choice of lender based upon a final evaluation of which
party provides the best terms.
