Purchase of Shares by a Director

Mr Oliver Spurling (a director of the Company) purchased 980,959 ordinary shares
in the Company on the 10th July 2009, at 0.875p per share, which brings his
holding up to 10.4% of the issued share capital. The total number of shares
owned by directors of the Company is now 21,017,581 being 35.6% of its issued
share capital.
