Anthony Vuolo Appointed Chief Financial Officer of WebMD

NEW YORK, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WebMD Health Corp. (Nasdaq: WBMD)
announced today that Anthony Vuolo, its Chief Operating Officer, has been
appointed to the additional position of Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Vuolo
previously served as WebMD's Chief Financial Officer from its initial public
offering in 2005 until becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2007.  He has
served in senior financial, operational and business development positions
with WebMD and predecessor companies for more than 15 years.  

Mr. Vuolo is replacing Mark D. Funston, who is leaving the Company to pursue
other opportunities. 

Martin J. Wygod, Chairman of the Board of WebMD, stated:  "On behalf of the
