CEO of LIGATT Security International Gregory Evans Desires Attendance Notification for First Annual Shareholders
ATLANTA, GA, Jul 10 (MARKET WIRE) --
LIGATT Security International (LSI) (PINKSHEETS: LGTT) CEO Gregory Evans
announces the request for an RSVP from all shareholders planning to
attend the company's first annual shareholders meeting aboard Carnival
cruise line. The first annual shareholders meeting is scheduled to take
place aboard the Carnival Sensation cruise ship, which departs from Port
Canaveral to Nassau on July 23, 2009, and returns on July 26, 2009. In
order to properly plan for the meeting, an RSVP to LIGATT Security
International is needed by July 17, 2009 by 5 pm EDT. Following the
cruise, minutes from the shareholder meeting will be available at LIGATT
headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia for those who cannot attend.
Those in attendance will be able to review the company's vision plan as
well gain insight on future LIGATT corporate business. Shareholders will
also be given the opportunity to vote on new officers and additional Board
of Directors.
