State of Michigan Selects CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. as Commercial Real Estate Services Provider

CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) today announced that the State of
Michigan has selected the Company as its real estate services provider for
leasing services, lease administration, strategic planning, lease
tracking/auditing and marketing assistance as well as acquisition and
disposition services. Under the multiple year contact CB Richard Ellis will
assist the State of Michigan with the more than 14 million sq. ft. of real
estate the State leases and owns.
