Agri-Dynamics Announces Installation of Major Contract Award in Dallas County, TX
DALLAS, TX, Jul 13 (MARKET WIRE) --
AGRI-DYNAMICS, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AGDY), through its target acquisition,
The GPS Tracking Network, Inc., announced today it has completed the
initial installation of GPS units related to a recently awarded service
contract. On March 8, 2009, GPS Tracking was awarded a one-year service
contract with the County of Dallas, TX to install and provide tracking
service to 300 trackers in its law enforcement vehicles.
Following the installation, Dallas County contracted the Company to
install an additional 30 units in its Community Supervision and
Corrections Department. Ultimately, the Company expects the contract
could encompass all of the 1,100 plus vehicles owned by Dallas County and
be worth well over $500,000 in revenue to GPS Tracking. The Company
believes this to be the first of many City, County and State contracts it
will be awarded.
CEO Randy Safford commented, "We are pleased to announce the successful
installation of our first major service contract. GPS Tracking has a
distinct advantage in the marketplace... we are not tied to any specific
manufacturer, so our customers receive a customized, cost-effective total
solution, which allows us to successfully compete for significant
governmental service contracts."
