President, International Sales

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- University Medical Pharmaceuticals,
which specializes in developing and distributing medically advanced and

that it has appointed Jeffrey Ten as Senior Vice President, International
Sales.
Mr. Ten brings 28 years of international senior management marketing and sales
experience from the luxury and consumer packaged goods industry. At
University Medical Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Ten will report to Raymond Francis,
President and Chief Executive Officer.
Before joining University Medical Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Ten was president of ck
Calvin Klein beauty, where he negotiated a long term license agreement from
Calvin Klein and initiated global marketing and sales strategy. Additionally,
Mr. Ten supervised new products, merchandising, training, promotions and
distribution strategy. He also managed the U.S. launch, which included
overseeing sales team management and store execution.
Bringing a significant level of global brand experience to University Medical
Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Ten has launched and developed both proprietary and
licensed brands such as Hugo Boss, Giorgio Beverly Hills, Estee Lauder, Calvin
Klein, Sally Hansen and Del Pharmaceuticals in more than 40 countries. He has
specialized in building global brands and maximizing corporate profitability
through efficiently using investment resources and maximizing operations.

consumer products and retail. Mr. Ten served as a consultant to SoGeCos spa,
operators of the global Cosmoprof cosmetic trade shows based in Milan Italy.
In addition, Mr. Ten served as a consultant to the International Trade
Administration, the international trade branch of the US Department of
Commerce.
Mr. Ten received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple
University in Philadelphia and earned a certificate in international
management from Columbia University in New York.
