Dr. Siegal's COOKIE DIET(R) cookies now available at more than 600 General
Nutrition Centers (GNC) stores in the United States

MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Siegal's Direct Nutritionals, LLC
disclosed today that it has entered into an agreement with General Nutrition
Centers, Inc. that gives GNC the exclusive right to retail Dr. Siegal's COOKIE
DIET((R) )brand products at stores located in indoor shopping centers in the
United States. Dr. Sanford Siegal's popular hunger-satisfying cookies are now
available at more than 600 GNC locations from coast-to-coast, including
several hundred located in malls, and at www.gnc.com. Dr. Siegal personally
announced the deal this morning in a live interview from KDKA-TV studios in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where GNC is headquartered.
