announces a June 10, 2008, deadline to move to be a lead plaintiff in the
securities class action lawsuit filed on behalf of all persons who purchased
or acquired the common stock of Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc. ("GCA" or
the "Company")(NYSE: GCA) pursuant or traceable to the Company's initial
public offering commencing September 22, 2005, and who held such shares of GCA
common stock until November 14, 2007. The shareholder lawsuit is pending in
the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The Complaint alleges that the defendants violated federal securities laws
by issuing material misrepresentations to the market concerning, among other
things, the sufficiency of the Company's internal controls and their effect on
the reporting of the Company's financial results, thereby artificially
inflating the price of GCA stock.
