Reebok-CCM Hockey Goes Live with iCongo's Business-to-Business E-Commerce Platform

Reebok-CCM Hockey and iCongo, Inc., a North American leader in
e-commerce solutions, announced today that Reebok-CCM Hockey has
implemented iCongo's business-to-business e-commerce platform.

   iCongo's ICE(3 TM) suite of collaborative e-business systems are
now enabling Reebok-CCM Hockey's customers and sales reps to conduct
their entire order entry and order management processes online. These
systems include ICE(3) business-to-business catalog and order entry
system, ICE(3) workflow system, 'online' and 'offline' sales force
automation (SFA), ICE(3) customer portal and ICE(3) comprehensive
suite of marketing and collaboration modules. The systems are fully
internationalized including accessibility in multiple languages,
product catalogs by country and multi-currency support.

   Reebok-CCM Hockey's sales representatives are now improving the
speed and efficiency of their sales efforts by using the ICE(3)
'online' and 'offline' SFA system. By using the SFA system, reps are
able to receive the latest product and customer information, enter
orders on behalf of their customers both online or offline and
electronically transmit sales orders while on the road. The reps are
also able to place booking orders (future orders) using the system's
specialized booking order functionality.
