SkillSoft Schedules Fiscal 2009 Second Quarter Conference Call

medium-sized businesses, intends to release its operating results for its
fiscal 2009 second quarter ended July 31, 2008 prior to the market opening on
Friday, August 22, 2008.
In conjunction with the release, management will conduct a conference call
on Friday, August 22, 2008, at 8:30 a.m. ET, to discuss the Company's
operating performance and its outlook for its third fiscal quarter ending
