Also announces new capability for content owners to add their content to Zinc

LITTLETON, Mass., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- ZeeVee today announced the
much-anticipated Apple Macintosh(TM) version of Zinc(TM), its award-winning
Internet video browser for the living room. Zinc helps users find and enjoy
any popular high-quality video content on the Internet through a simple "big
screen TV" living room interface designed to be driven by a remote control.

Zinc Beta Version 3, launched in March 2009, has had tremendous positive
feedback due to its highly intuitive interface, substantial content library
and ability for a user to browse anywhere on the Web for additional content. A
closed beta program of Zinc for Mac has met with the same positive reviews.
The new software is now available for free download at www.zeevee.com/zinc.
This version of Zinc is compatible with Intel-based machines that are running
Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard).

"The Mac community is very important to us, especially since they tend to be
very media savvy," said ZeeVee co-founder and CEO Vic Odryna. "The response to
Zinc, both in the U.S. and globally, has been outstanding and we can only
imagine how much more popular it will become once Mac enthusiasts experience
it, use it and share it with their friends."

In addition to Mac support, ZeeVee announced an important new capability that
allows users and content owners to add content into Zinc with little or no
effort. Content owners usually describe and share their content through Media
RSS (Real Simple Syndication) - an evolving Internet standard. Media RSS feeds
allow for the organization and description of various media content, and also
provide notifications to users when new content is available. Because Zinc
uses a full Web browser interface, users can explore the entire Web, and
easily add any video content available through these feeds. That content is
then automatically formatted and presented consistently for optimum living
room viewing. ZeeVee has also added capabilities that allow users to control
the playback of that content using a standard remote control. Tutorials and
examples to help content owners create standard Media RSS feeds are available
at www.zeevee.com/zinc/developers.

"Until now, ZeeVee decided what content to include in Zinc, and performed all
of the organization and presentation of that content. Content owners and users
can now expand Zinc at will," said Odryna. "Recently, Boxee announced it was
able to create a special plug-in for White House video feeds in just four
hours using their new application programming interface (API). A Zinc user can
accomplish the same task in minutes without requiring any programming by
simply browsing to the White House Web site with Zinc, and adding the already
existing feed to their Zinc Favorites tab."

Zinc is a free software application that runs on any PC, as well as
Intel-based Macs. It allows users to enjoy Internet and personal video from
their computer or on a big screen for those that have attached their computer
to a large display. Zinc is based on Mozilla technology, and is available
either as a stand-alone application or as a Firefox plug-in. Zinc can be
downloaded by visiting www.zeevee.com/zinc.
