Robert E. Bartlett Joins PRP Real Estate Investors as Director in Marketing & Investor Relations

WASHINGTON--(Business Wire)--
PRP Real Estate Investors, LLC ("PRP"), a fully-integrated, private equity real
estate investment management firm, is pleased to announce that Bob Bartlett has
joined the firm as a Director in the Marketing & Investor Relations group.

Mr. Bartlett is responsible for capital sourcing and marketing activities for
PRP`s funds with a focus on the Southern United States.

Mr. Bartlett has more than 30 years experience in the investment management
industry. Prior to joining PRP, he was a Senior Vice President at GE Asset
Management. His client base included pension funds, endowments, foundations, and
insurance companies. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Bartlett was a Principal at Lend
Lease Real Estate Investments where he oversaw sales and client management
activities for Lend Lease U.S. product lines. He was with Equitable Real Estate
prior to its merger into Lend Lease. At Equitable he played a variety of roles
including sales, product management and portfolio management.

Mr. Bartlett has a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from the
University of Houston.
