CHATSWORTH, CA, Mar 28 (MARKET WIRE) --
Provision Interactive Technologies, a subsidiary of Provision Holding
(OTCBB: PVHO), announced today that it has signed three-year agreements with
several independent Hispanic grocery store chains to install 3DEO Reward Centers
in 47 locations in Southern California. Provision, a leading purveyor of
intelligent interactive 3D holographic display technologies, plans to begin
installation during the second quarter of 2008.

The 3DEO Reward Centers utilize Provision's patented, extraordinary Holo(TM)
3D
holographic video display technology, which can be used to promote all types
of products and services. The powerful 3D imagery coupled with 3DEO Reward
Center generated coupons are a powerful tool to break through the clutter of
traditional in-store advertising.

The 3DEO Reward Centers will be placed in high traffic, high visibility
locations
close to the main entrances of the stores. The 3D holographic displays will
provide
customers an entertaining, interactive experience and then be rewarded with
promotions, sweepstakes and coupons for products and services. According to
CouponInfoNow, in-store coupons targeted to Hispanic customers, generate
redemption rates of more than 30%. This is far more than the industry
average of 9%.

"Hispanic consumers represent an increasingly important target for
marketers," said Curt Thornton, President and CEO of Provision. "Our 3DEO
Reward Centers offer the features that have been shown to turn browsers into
buyers in this market."

To support its own ad sales efforts for this project, Provision will be
partnering with several fully-integrated sales agencies that have served the
growing Hispanic market for more than 20 years.

The signed contracts represent a Provision presence in approximately 20%
ofthe Southern California Hispanic grocery store market. Provision is in
discussions with additional independent Hispanic chains, which could put
Provision's Reward Centers in more than 45% of the market.
