MasterSwitch(TM) Pilot Program to Initially Target 40,000 Small Businesses

CAPITAL HEIGHTS, Md., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IJJ Corp. (Pink
Sheets: IJJP) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary
TelecoTech signed a resellers agreement with Speakeasy® to purchase high speed
internet lines, such as DSL, T1 lines and higher speed. This relationship
will enhance TelecoTech's ability to provision its small- to mid-size business
customers with internet access, which is a requirement for VoIP services. In
addition, based on location, some customers will be able to share high speed
internet access, making the cost even lower and more affordable.

The Pilot Program is essential for TelecoTech to showcase its MasterSwitch(TM)
hosted service features and functionalities under a free 60-day trial and
convert satisfied customers to monthly subscription service contracts for
hosted services after the Pilot Program. The client will be provisioned with
either an ATA or IAX analog interface linked directly to the MasterSwitch
using standard cord (wired) and cordless (wireless) traditional phones. The
Pilot Program will include prospective customers who currently have existing
high speed services with hosted VoIP services, to those customers in the
position for in-house phone systems, opening up the opportunity for the
placement of our OfficeIP PBX VoIP phone system at very attractive pricing
during the Pilot Program period.

Speakeasy® is a reseller of AT&T and Verizon high speed internet lines, and
the agreement allows TelecoTech to offer its customers very competitive
pricing for internet services. TelecoTech maintains a solid technical support
program as the company looks to grow its MasterSwitch(TM) phone service
throughout the country once the Pilot Program is completed. Speakeasy® was
established in 1994 as one of the country's first Internet Cafe's. Speakeasy®
provides industry-leading broadband services and unparalleled customer
support. Their business has grown by delivering intelligent solutions tailored
to the needs of its customers. Speakeasy® has consistently been early to
market with new communications technology, offering OneLink(TM) dedicated DSL,
now with speeds up to 15 Mbps.

"We are excited about the launch of our MasterSwitch(TM) Pilot Program. We
feel that the relationship with Speakeasy will provide TelecoTech with top
notch support, which will help drive our VoIP subscription sales," stated
Clifford Pope, CEO of IJJ Corp.
